✍️ 영어 원본 에세이

I have been a big fan of the EPL, and I was proud of that fact. However, all of a sudden Son transferred to the MLS, so I began to lose my fiery passion for the EPL. One day, I was talking with my friend about this subject, and he asked me a question that caught me off guard. The question was about the differences among Rugby, American Football, and Soccer. For this reason, I felt it was the perfect time to clarify them once and for all.

First, there are some similarities. They are all team sports, and they are played with a ball which is different in shape and size. In addition, they all require teamwork and physical effort.

However, there are many differences. Rugby usually has 15 players in Rugby Union but 13 in Rugby League, while American Football allows 11 and Soccer also has 11. Rugby players can kick the ball forward but cannot pass it forward with their hands, while American football players can throw a forward pass. Soccer players, on the other hand, must use only their feet to control and kick the ball in any direction. Most of all, American Football is considered more violent, with players wearing full protective gear, while Rugby players have almost no protection.

So far, I have discussed the similarities and differences among the three sports. I must admit that it was a good opportunity to reflect on them. Now, I feel more confident watching these sports since I have gained more knowledge about them.
